• We do a market analysis to determine the growth potential for the revenue side.  We compare the potential to recent results outlined in the financial statements.
• We study the financial statements to determine potential savings we can initiate in the operating costs.
• We build an annualized proforma based on these analyses and we compare actual results to our profoma.
• Based on this comparison, we propose an arrangement based on the potential we believe the hotel would have under our operation.
